UN Radio - Bernardino Leon: All Main Libyan Parties are Participating in this Political Process

The situation on the ground can be described through many different ways, most of the Libyans I believe are pushing us and their political representatives and militias to negotiate. A minority, but a noisy minority and people who hold weapons and have power, in some cases are against. I think the general answer to this question is yes, the majority of Libyans want peace, want dialogue, a political solution, but not all of them. Our challenge is to make sure is this majority has enough support from the international community to prevail over the minority.
