WFP welcomes Japan contribution for emergency food assistance in Libya
TUNIS – The United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) has welcomed a contribution of US$700,000 from the Government of Japan that will provide vital food assistance to tens of thousands of Libyans affected by ongoing conflict since 2011.

22 February 2017 – Tunis – The United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) and the United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-Habitat) launched the Programme “Rapid City Profiling & Monitoring System for Libya” (CPMS) as part of their support to the national and local authorities in Libya.
