04 January 2017 - The Special Representative of the Secretary-General and Head of the United Nations Support Mission in Libya (UNSMIL), Martin Kobler, warns against the risk of escalation leading to renewed conflict following developments in central Libya. Martin Kobler said, “I urge all parties to act with restraint and to resolve issues through peaceful dialogue.”
