Libya Humanitarian Needs Overview 2015: Over 2.44 Million People Affected by Conflict and Political Instability in Need of Assistance. (September 2015)

Armed Conflict and political instability have impacted over 3 million people across Libya. An estimated 2.44 million people are in need of protection and some form of humanitarian assistance.

The Libya Humanitarian Needs Overview (HNO) 2015 broadly summarises the priority humanitarian needs of all those affected across Libya and is based on a number of needs assessments conducted in 2015. The HNO was collectively developed by the Humanitarian Country Team for Libya.
