Today, Special Envoy for Libya Ján Kubiš spoke to President of the Presidency Council Fayez Fayez Serraj and Foreign Minister Syala ahead of taking up his functions tomorrow.
The Special Envoy reiterated the UN steadfast commitment to a stable, prosperous and united Libya, building on the positive outcome of the Libyan Political Dialogue Forum in Switzerland.
