The Special Representative of the Secretary-General (SRSG) and Head of the United Nations Support Mission in Libya, Ghassan Salame, met today with H.E Khemaies Jhinaoui, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Tunisia, on the margins of the African Union Summit in Addis Ababa.

They discussed the progress in the UN-facilitated political process in Libya. The Special Representative expressed his appreciation for Tunisia’s consistent support for the UN efforts in Libya, which aim to find a solution for the Libyan crisis.
