The UN Support Mission in Libya (UNSMIL) welcomes the Constitutional Drafting Assembly’s (CDA) vote on the draft constitution. The Mission appreciates the CDA’s effort and resolve throughout the process. This vote is the first milestone on the path towards a referendum of the Libyan people to determine a new constitution.
