TRIPOLI — Today, UNSMIL convened the second plenary of the Structured Dialogue, bringing together all participants from the economy, security, governance, and national reconciliation & human rights tracks. Participants took stock of progress and shared preliminary recommendations from all tracks to facilitate conditions for holding elections, followed by discussion on common priorities and ways to broaden public support for them.
