New York, 20 February 2015 - The Secretary-General condemns in the strongest terms today's multiple bombing attacks in the eastern Libyan city of Qubbah, which reportedly left dozens dead. He expresses his deepest condolences to the families of the victims of these deplorable acts and to the Libyan people. These terrorist acts are an additional reminder that a political solution to the current crisis must be found quickly to restore peace and stability in the country and confront terrorism.
