TRIPOLI - UNSMIL welcomes the coming together of representatives from the west and east Libyan security institutions to participate in the Flintlock exercise on 14 April in Sirte. UNSMIL supports all efforts aimed at unifying the military and security institutions as critical steps in state building and urges all stakeholders to continue efforts in this regard.
