The situation on the ground can be described through many different ways, most of the Libyans I believe are pushing us and their political representatives and militias to negotiate. A minority, but a noisy minority and people who hold weapons and have power, in some cases are against.

09 February 2015 - The United Nations Support Mission in Libya (UNSMIL) is facilitating a meeting of Libyan political dialogue to end the country’s political and security crisis. The meeting will take place in Libya later this week.

Tunis, 4 February 2015 – UNICEF and Taher Azzawi Charity Organization signed an agreement to provide psychosocial support for 800 internally displaced families in Tripoli, Libya.
