Libya - Continuing a trend that started in late 2016, the number of Libyans displaced throughout the country has been steadily declining, as people return to areas from where they were displaced, particularly in the regions of Benghazi and Sirt.

Tunis, 1 June 2017 – From 1 May to 31 May 2017, the United Nations Support Mission in Libya (UNSMIL) documented 68 civilian casualties - 18 deaths and 50 injuries – during the conduct of hostilities across Libya.
The Special Representative of the Secretary-General for Libya and head of the United Nations Support Mission in Libya (UNSMIL), Martin Kobler, met with African Union Ministerial Mission to Libya, on Wednesday 31 May 2017.
The World Health Organization (WHO) country office in Libya delivered on 28 May 2017, 5 (five) Emergency Trauma Kits on 28 June to treat 500 moderate and serious injuries to Brak Alshaati (Alzwaya Center and Bergen Hospital).
