UN Secretary-General Special Envoy for Libya and Head of the United Nations Support Mission in Libya (UNSMIL) Ján Kubiš continued today his interactions with Libyan officials and stakeholders in different parts of the country.

Science and gender equality are both vital for the achievement of the international development goals, and the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.  Over decades the UN and the international community have made great efforts in inspiring and engaging women and girls in science.

H.E Tunisian Foreign Minister, Othman al-Jerandi, received today the Special Envoy of the Secretary-General for Libya Ján Kubiš to discuss a wide range of issues related  to the situation in Libya.
