Disabled athletes, former rebels and other Libyans commemorate the International Day of Persons with Disabilities on Monday 3 December 2012. The gathering at a Tripoli conference hall aims to promote an understanding of disability issues and mobilize support for the dignity, rights and well-being of persons with disabilities.
