The Women Empowerment Section of the United Nations Support Mission in Libya (UNSMIL), in cooperation with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), is organizing a training workshop for women candidates to the Constitution Drafting Assembly (CDA) on essential skill for debates as well as preparation and design of electoral campaigns. The workshop will take place in the Corinthia Hotel, Tripoli, from 28 to 30 December.

The Workshop, in which women candidates throughout Libya have will be running in the CDA Election, aims to develop their skills in the preparation of strategies to design and manage their electoral campaigns and mobilize support. This is in addition to providing participants with tolls to enable them to participate in debates with other candidates running for the same election.

Regional Trainer, Mrs. Azza Kamal from Egypt, will provide the training.
