UNSMIL’s corrections team visited Tobruk prison on 26 January 2017. Colonel Mohammed Saleh, the Director of the Green Mountain branch of the Judicial Police, accompanied the mission, along with Major Joma’ah Juad, the director of Tobruk’s prison.
